How to Install a Slim Zero Bidet Seat

Securing the seat upon the throne

Congratulations! You have just purchased your own Bio Bidet Slim Zero. To make sure installation is a smooth process, follow this guide to set up your new bidet.

Preparing for installation

Prior to setting up the bidet, make sure you take the necessary precautions so that all steps run smoothly.

Begin by first turning off the water to the toilet, then flushing once. This will keep from water leaking out of the toilet during installation.

Take off the existing toilet seat by unscrewing the seat from the underside of the toilet. This should leave the two holes free for placing the bidet screws. Confirm that the holes are an inch or more away from the tank and  5.5 inches to 7.5 inches apart.

Attaching the bidet seat

All bidet seats come with an assembly kit;

● Mounting plate

● T-valve & washer

● Water supply hose

● Accessories 

Place the black washers over the holes first, then place the mounting plate over both holes. Place the silver bolt guides vertically over each hole and insert the screws. The fasteners will then secure all parts in place. You may then slide your seat onto the mounting plate.

Connecting the water hose

With the water to the toilet turned off, you can now unscrew the current water supply hose from both the toilet tank. After unscrewing that connection, take the T-valve and washer and connect them to the tank (where the original hose was previously connected).  Make sure the washer is securely inside of the T-valve when connecting.

Once your new T-valve is connected, reconnect the original hose from the shutoff valve to the bottom of the T-valve. Afterwards, connect one end of the bidet hose to the remaining connection on the T-Valve, and the other end to the inlet on the bidet. 

Finalizing the set-up

Once you have all parts assembled, turn the water back on and check to make sure all connections are properly sealed.  If you have any questions or concerns, make sure to contact us!
