This bidet is not heated, but... Having a warm water rinse w/b lovely, but can't do it in this bathroom. So! The results are a cool water (get used to it!) swish and it works like a charm. Keeps My Hiney Clean And Shiny. Very easy installation and once you bidet you'll never stray. Water from tank is on cool side but not uncomfortable. An added bonus was the toilet seat lifters that raised the seat up about an inch. Our toilets are the low boy type and that inch has made a difference. Very happy with this purchase.

Basic (Essential) is best. I've had two previous, fancier bio bidet models. The essential model does what you need better than the fancier ones., including better water delivery at same house pressure. Keep it simple. Go with essential.
