The BB-1200 model has highly customizable bidet settings to get you the perfect clean every time. Through the easy-to-understand app interface, adjust everything from the length of a cleaning cycle to air dryer temperature to water pressure. With a few taps on your phone, you can set your BB-1200 just the way you like it.

This luxury bidet also includes other features for comfort and enjoyment. Rear and front wash are included, as well as turbo wash and oscillating settings. Enjoy warm water and an adjustable heated seat. Save energy with eco mode, which decreases temperature settings when not in use.

How It Works

The BB-1200 connects to the Bemis Living App via Bluetooth, allowing you to customize and save presets controlled by your phone. When you enter the bathroom with your smartphone and sit down on the seat, the BB-1200 automatically recognizes which user you are and prompts you to start your wash via the app (if you’re an iOS user). You can select the star icon to run the active preset functions or use your phone as a remote. Only one preset per user can be active at a time; the active sequence will be highlighted on your app’s preset list.

We provide five default presets that you can keep, edit, or delete as you like. Set or change your presets at any time by navigating to “My Bidet Presets” in the Bemis Living App. From there, select “Create New Preset” or edit one of your previously saved modes. Name your presets whatever you like to keep them separate and hit “Save Preset” to finish.

How to Install a Smart Bidet Toilet Seat

You install the BB-1200 much like any other bidet seat. After turning off the water to the toilet, remove the old seat (and bidet, if you had one). Screw the catch plate in place where the old seat screwed in, and slot the new seat in place. Use the T-valve to connect the bidet water line and the tank water line to your home’s water supply. The BB-1200 does need electricity and will need to be plugged in.

Once you have basic smart bidet installation handled, it’s time to connect to the app.

1. First, download the Bemis Living App from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Create an account using your email.
3. Install your bidet, if you haven’t already.
4. Use Bluetooth to connect your phone to the bidet, holding your device within five feet of the bidet.
5. Connect to Wi-Fi.
6. Enable the following settings: Location (Always On), Notifications, Background App Refresh, and Nearby Device Permissions (Android Only). If you’re an iOS user, enable Automatic App Updates in your settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can guests use my BB-1200 without the app?

Yes! If a guest wants to use your bidet or if you don’t bring your phone into the bathroom with you, you can use the included wall-mounted detachable remote. You won’t be able to run whole-cycle presets from the remote, but your unit will provide regular bidet functionality. It will also allow you to run separate, wash-only presets that you can run from the remote.

My BB-1200 isn’t connecting to the app. What should I do?

Try toggling your Bluetooth and location settings off and on, and check that all your device settings (listed in step 6 above) are correct. Make sure that the seat sensor on the bidet is activated with skin contact. Sit on the seat and attempt to run the functions with the wall-mounted remote. If the sensor works correctly, the bidet will operate. If it doesn’t run, there’s likely a problem with the sensor.
